Voor Omneo Systems BV in Best realiseerde Cleanroom Systems International een ISO 5 cleanroom van circa 100 m\u00b2, speciaal ingericht voor onderzoeks- en trainingsdoeleinden, waaronder RGA-metingen. Ondanks de beperkte oppervlakte is er een maximaal bruikbare cleanroomomgeving gecre\u00eberd, zonder concessies te doen aan functionaliteit of workflow.<\/p>

Deze cleanroom is voorzien van het DFP98-wandsysteem, DFC42-plafond en een volledige luchtbehandelingsinstallatie. Een onderscheidend detail in dit project is het gebruik van verschillende vloerkleuren per ruimte, om visueel onderscheid te maken tussen de ISO-klassen en zo de reinheidseisen per zone direct herkenbaar te maken.<\/p>

Vanaf concept tot en met validatie was CSI verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject. Dankzij onze modulaire, turn-key aanpak kunnen wij snel en doelgericht hoogwaardige omgevingen realiseren.
