For BAM, CSI realised the project HTC11A at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, a leading location within the mechatronics sector.
The project included both the new building if the renovation of a high-quality cleanroom environment. This combination made the project special, as the connection between existing and new spaces had to perfectly meet the high technical and hygienic requirements within the sector.
A key focus within this project was minimising vibrations and noise transmission between different spaces. For this purpose, use has been made of sound-absorbing material which was specially applied to ensure a stable and interference-free working environment for sensitive mechatronic processes.
In its execution, CSI used DFP panels that meet the most stringent requirements for airtightness and hygiene in high-tech cleanrooms. These panels contribute to a safe, energy-efficient and sustainable environment suitable for precision work in mechatronics.
CSI provided the complete process from design to validation, with which the project turn-key was delivered. Close collaboration between design, engineering and execution allowed the project to be completed in just five weeks be successfully completed.
The result is a state-of-the-art clean room facility which meets the strict requirements of the mechatronics industry. CSI delivered the project on schedule and to the trusted quality standard for which the company is known.
